Another white smoke question.

I have read for hours trying to find some one in the same situation as me.

My truck is blowing white smoke from the exhaust pipe. After approx 10 minutes of driving, the smoke stops. This only happens 1-3 times a week and I drive the truck to work daily and I cannot seem to connect the issue to weather temperature or humidity. I did have to fill my coolant yesterday. I bought the truck used about 1 month ago and dont have much of a basis for comparison when it comes to power loss either. It appears to have an aftermarket intake, exhaust and I can only assume it is programmed too. I am leaning toward the EGR cooler, but I would think that would be more consistent and not so intermittent.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
