Clogged oil cooler and a leaking EGR cooler. Park the truck so that the front is lower then the rear by 6 inches or so. In the morning pull the EGR valve and see if wet sludge is in the hole. Thats a leaking cooler. The previous owner might have known this and unloaded the truck. Your rolling dice when you buy a 6.0 that someone was adding performance products.
