a good scan tool will tell you what the high pressure oil readings are. If its out of spec, you will need to have someone air test the system, and listen for leaks. That will tell you roughly where the leak is. Like I said before, it could be the oil rails under the valve covers or on the hpop or fitting itself. IF thats the case. If you have a sensor out, you should be able to pick up the code. If its a voltage issue(doubtful) the scan tool will tell you the voltage that the FICM is seeing. But considering your symptoms, I would start with codes, then HPOP readings, then go from there.
