Rear disk brakes were one of the big changes from the OBS Heavy Duty to the '99 Superduty. So all '99-up SuperDuty pickups have rear disk brakes with at least rear-wheel ABS. 4-wheel ABS was optional for '99 models, and became standard about 2001 models.
