I made an appointment for today for my truck. I got there and the guy says "so, do you want me to call you when it's done?" I said, no, just come get me, I'll be sitting in the waiting room watching TV. He says, "You do know that it will take about 2-3 hours right?" What?
So, we went round and round with how long it SHOULD take, and then he complained about all the trucks that they are having to do. I explained that this is why I made an appointment. Bottom line....still up to three hours.
So, anybody know exactly what's involved with this repair? Or I might try a different dealer in another town.
