I thought the caliper might be bad but it doesnt look like its been dragging, no indication of heat treatment (blue and cracking). The truck has 194k on it and i bet the rear rotors are orginal. The previous owner used to tow a horse trailer threw Arkansas and Mississippi, the truck is equiped with an auxillary braking system for the trailer.
I think the rotor is just worn out, and the PO never bothered to replace the rotors when they put brake pads on. But ill know for sure when i get it all apart.
