You need to contact Ford customer Service with this. If they do not help, contact the EPA. The EGR valve IS INTENDED TO BE COVERED by the EPA (as long as you operated the vehicle as intended AND you did not modify it).
Also, the FICM is covered for 100k miles - it is CLEARLY part of the Fuel Injection System.
