To follow up since most don't after they diagnose.....after 229K miles my ball joints on the drivers side were shot.....remarkably, the passenger side seemed fine but I changed them as well. Since I had it all torn down, i went ahead and replaced the knuckle seal and hub assembly and got it all over with. To cover my bases, I threw in the swaybar bushings and tierods as well. I'm a beat son of a gun but she drives like new with this and the new shocks I put on a few months ago... Should have done this over a year ago.
If I can do this anybody can do it..
