No, that isn't oil. It's normal and is the gunk that used to be in your coolant passages. Some of that same stuff is likely clogging your oil cooler too and a blocked oil cooler is one of the things that leads to puking.. If you don't have one, when you get your truck properly diagnosed and repaired, add a coolant filter to your truck now to help get rid of the gunk in your cooling system.

No, that oil is not from the headgaskets, it is from the crankcase vent system (CCV). You can do the CCV mod (search for it) and stop that from happening but what you are seeing is also normal.
