The proper ignition switch positions are ACC-Lock-Off-Run-Start. So yes, the ACC is CCW from the Lock position (where you can take your key out). The ACC will power the radio and power windows if you have them. The ignition switch itself is actually the same as used on Ford's passenger cars of that era, only the linkage between the lock tumbler (where you put the key in) and the actual ignition switch (way down on the steering column) leaves a lot to be desired... which is the source of many problems with missing IGN switch positions.
