If it's the same model year, it's the same jack. The jack has changed a bit over the years, but any of them should work for your truck.

Personally, I haul around a huge hydraulic bottle jack plus a plywood base to sit it on in case I have to change a tire with the jack in the mud. I don't think I've ever used the Ford screw-jack that came with the truck. When towing on long trips, I also throw a 3.5 ton floor jack in the bed, with an even bigger piece of plywood for a jack base. You don't want to try to change a flat on a tandam-axle trailer in a muddy barrow ditch with just the stock Ford screw-jack.
