There is a fuel additive study that showed tcw3 twostroke oil to be one of the best lubricants for the heui injectors which all idi, 7.3 and 6.0's have. This is designed to burn and will quieten down the cladder under the hood a little bit. Been running it for over 15k and love it. I used to use diesel kleen and I have since stopped. It dosent lubricate nearly as well.
