Mine has a spring loaded ball in the tumbler that stops it at a detent for "off". It had worn a groove in the "outer" tumbler case that the ball could not over come to go into acc position. I took the tumbler out and I put a light dab of silicone grease in the tumbler where the ball is at with a q-tip. Works pretty good right now.
