Like Joe Mc said..You can run an aftermarket pressure gauge. There are the electric styles and the mechanical styles that use a thin tube. Your pressures will be about 10-12 PSI @ idle and 35-40 @ cruising when fully warmed up. So if you do go with an aftermarket, make sure it reads 0-60 not 0-100 as it may not register @ idle.
