The Edge has been on my truck since new. I have 35K now. Not one issue. It regens around 400-500 miles not towing and around 200 towing. I run it in level 3 95% of the time. It really seems to get the best mileage on that setting. As with most..if not all the overhead on board mileage calculator goes to crap when you install a "chip". The higher the setting the more it is off. My truck averages an HONEST hand calculated 17.5mpg running down the highway at 70-75 with very little wind. A 10-15mph headwind drops it to the mid 16's and a tailwind will raise it to around 18. I am on the highway every week for over 1K miles and have averaged every tank by hand since new. I also run a fuel additive which seems to add a few tenths.
