Which rack do you have? The tire carrier doesn't rattle at all, the tire is too heavy. Can you send pics of your truck? Where did you have your drive shaft made, I have always wanted to upgrade mine there is a small vibration on take off and under heavy acceleration. The ladder bars took care of most of it but not all.
