I think you did a fine job given you are using the hitch. It is somewhat what I have planed but instead I am going to have the pivot hing welded to the actual bumper (aftermarket bumper like a IronBull etc..) That way its solid for sure and allows full weight use of the hitch. I like your as opposed to buying the one that is similar. I always prefer built to buy and you saved money as well. Now I know were to get the various parts from, thanks
