Weather has been pretty nasty the past month or so since I finished. I also found some problems with it, mainly that it collects water in the tube that the swing mounts to. It is getting in the area where it pivots on the other side of the nut. What I will end up doing is drilling a hole by the nut somewhere to drain it and fill it with expanding foam to seal the entire tube. It also kind of sags while open so I will try and attach it to the factory bumper somehow. If you take the tan cover off there is a hole in the factory bumper and behind that is the main support for the bumper. It looks pretty solid and I was thinking of welding a tab on the bottome and at the end of the carrier and somehow bolt it to that pivot point under the bumper. I will post when it is complete.
