Just got my truck back from the dealer after repairs fro the identical symptoms that you have. They replaced the EGR Valve; EGR Cooler; Oil Cooler and Fuel Pressure Regulator. They tried to tell me I was losing coolant thru the radiator cap - I told them to get me another tech and check the EGR Cooler - he found the problem and fixed it.
