The same thing happened to my buddys Dodge hauling the same kind of tubs. I think he is looking into a tool box, back rack, or box cover to mask it somewhat - he said its not a cheap fix! He wants to pull it back somewhat and cover it up. I had something similar happen once but it was to the tailgate when some suitcase style tractor weights slid backwards on my plastic box liner and bowed my tailgate quite badly!
