I read a post a while back that said you're allowed to add up 20%(?) of an 'additive' without paying extra taxes.
Almost any amount of WMO will turn your fuel black, so they can't judge the percentage by sight.
If you're burning ATF, just tell them you're using it as an additive to compensate for these low sulfur fuels they're pushing on us.
