I am looking into this myself. I have a source to get the fuel.
One setup that I saw installed a small heater in the front tank, and used that for veggie oil. The rear tank is still used for Diesel.
As 94 turbo stated, before you shut the truck down you switch to the Diesel tank and let the Diesel fuel run through the sustem, and clear out the veggie oil. Then when you start it up, get it warm, and switch and run on the front tank with the veggie oil in it.
Good Morning America had this on last week and Lori taped it for me. I plan on watching it tonight, I'll let you know what they did.
