You'll have to take the hub off and lay the rotor and hub on the ground. Take a large piece of flat steel and place over hub, with sledge and one good blow will pop!
If your beating on it that bad, you might want to worry about your bearing in htat hub anyway. Plus its prob time for some new rear hub seals anyway.
