Couldnt find anything specifically referencing a paper coffee filter, but from what I can tell, 10-20 microns would be the range.

You can purchase industrial coffee and water filters that are rated at anything from 1 to 10 microns, with 5 being pretty common (google searches).

To give you some basis of how big a micron is, the average human hair is 70 microns, and the average person can visually see an object only 40 microns across. (again, more google searches).

Since we worry about objects as small as 5 microns going thru our injectors, that tells you how delicate they are!
