I posted that link in the other section a few days ago but I guess it was the wrong place cause no one really seemed interested. What is up with the environmentalist who would rather plant grass on it? I guess I need to do a little research on culm.
If they could do this with waste coal, what about coal direct from the mine? I know there are alot of mines that shutdown in the PA,WV, and OH areas due to the high sulfur content of the coal. Maybe this could lead to alot of new jobs, etc.
