Anyone know what the cell phone harness does?
I am attempting to connect my Motorola T720 cell phone to allow me to use the factory stereo to "hear" my calls. I already bought the Motorola cradle, now I just need to figure out how to connect it to the truck.
I have found the PIE system. Has anyone used or seen this kit? Is it worth the money?
Does anyone know what the Ford factory part called: Hands-free cell phone prep harness does? Does it provide a connection to the radio?
My last option is to buy the Motorola hands free system, but that uses it's own speaker, not the Excursion's radio. I will not go with this option, unless with the factory part above, it allows me to listen through the radio.
