I would recomend the timming at 4deg BTDC at 1400 rpm warm (pulse method) the big problem is your LPG flow rate is a smige too high, loosen the jamb nut on the small slotted stud, reduce the setting 1/2 turn, (printed on the unit) then work your way back up 1/8th turn at a time. If you here any heavy combustion noise, back it off a 1/4 turn and set the jamb nut, your done.
