Jon mentioned him too about the TSB for harsh shifts on 96-97 250-350,,,, said he could reflash my PCM or the dealer could do it too he said,, anyway there was an issue with them,,,, mine used to always shift like a mule from 2-3 and it did it twice yesterday.

about 1000 miles on the new tranny and all is well, drug an 84 F-250 diesel 4x4 home on a dolly 400 miles last night and did great.

Temps never got over 148* coming out of the tranny (before coolers) on the highway. It was about 22* outside then.
