Tranny cooler question

Tomorrow I'll be receiving my Factory Tech Valve Body, and either tomorrow afternoon or Wed morning I'll be installing it, and doing a tranny flush and change to Mobil 1. On the FAQ, it says to remove the cooler return line and clamp the tubing over it. I just want to make 100% sure I've got the right line...it's the rear metal line(on the passenger side) that then joins up with another line just like it that attaches to the front of the tranny, correct? By joins up, I mean they are just routed side by side - not join to become 1 line. This is the line I need to drain until air starts coming out, then shut the engine off - right?

BTW, just a quick note...I ordered the FTVB(as well as a few other things) from Bob at Dieselsite, but he was out of the valves. I found this out on Saturday(I placed the order on Thurs night). When he told me he was out, and that Gregg would be shipping them directly to customers, I told him I was leaving on a trip(with the truck) on Friday morning. Long story short, he had Gregg overnight it(at their expense, not mine) to me so that I'll have it tomorrow and can get everything sqaured away before the trip. Can't beat customer service like that! Thanks Bob!

Mike
