I just did the swap on my 96 a couple of months ago. Here is a thread that has some links.

If you have any questions I'd be happy to help you out. I also swapped out all of my hoses and put in a heater core bypass, a brass T instead of the plastic factory T, and added a temp gauge on the drivers side head as a backup for the factory gauge in the WP. Also have a source for the 1"NPT to 3/4" barb you need for the WP if you have a 96 or older engine.

BTW the IH setup is awesome IMHO. It makes testing SCA and adding SCA a breeze.
