I hope you get a fix for your problem, if not, make sure that you keep all copies of all repair orders and check your state's lemon law. FMC is buying back my '04 for much the same problem. We captured all kinds of data from the tech and I driving it while hooked up to their data recorder--but FMC engineers could not fix it--hence, my new truck, being built this month.
