Actually it's the HFCM and that is the
Horizontal Fuel Conditioning Module that is down under the driver's side seat along the frame rail. It incorporates several functions found in various locations on the 7.3L engine such as a pre filter (10 micron), water separator, fuel heater, fuel pump and the DTRM functions of the mixing chamber.
