Problems with 05 Tow Command, IBC, torque shift?

Just bought an 05 KR, 4x4, 6.0L Crew, with Tow command. After 1500 miles & my 1st long hauling trip, the torque shift went out and that was replaced. My 2nd long hauling trip was this weekend, about 6500 lbs. I experienced intermittent double shifting. When going up a hill, the tow/haul down shifts as expected. But when the trans feels it's good to move the next gear, it shifts twice. I don't think it skips a gear it just makes the noise of shifting twice and I can feel the shift twice. It also intermittently shifted hard. We also noticed a bunch of pink fluid coming out of the bottom of the truck, transmission fluid???

I'm also having a problem with the IBS, almost everytime I brake the IBC beeps at me, I've tried 2 different plugs(factory plug and plug in bed of my truck), using either, it intermittently beeps when I brake.

Don't ya love the intermittent problems? I'm nervous about going on another long hauling trip, which is insane for the $$ I paid for this truck that is supposed to be so engineered for TOWING!!!!

My experience with Ford is that they won't fix any problem that is not reproduceable, but I should not have to haul my horse trailer to their dealership with my horse in it and let them rack up 1000 miles on my truck just to see this problem.

Anyone else had either of these problems?
