Engine Block Heater Cord Install

I just got my new truck last weekend. I had to order it. F-350 Lariat Crew Cab 6.0 with 6-spd manual. One of the options I don't remember going through with the Sales guy was the Engine Block heater so I asked him about it. He mentioned that the option says that it isn't available in some states. Anyways he said that he thought the heater element it's self was there but the cord wasn't so I got the cord. I am fairly mechanically inclined so i figured I would put it in my self. However I can't seem to find the location the that red end of the cord plugs in to. Does any one know where this is? I did see a bronze looking plug above the rear soft plug on the drivers side and thought maybe that was it. But I was a little nervous about taking the plug out of my new engine so I waited. If I dont' get any answers here I will just take it back to the dealer ship and have them install it.

Thanks ahead of time.
