My guess is that it is not possible. The throttle is a "fly-by-wire" setup. i.e. no linkage, springs, etc. as we grew up seeing. The accelerator on these is just a potentiometer sending an electrical signal to the computer asking for more go juice.

Simple speed bumps drive me nuts - offroad is indeed worse.

I suppose it may be possible to adjust this with programming although I've never heard of it being done.

On one hand it's scary. On the other, in the future, mechanical items like valves will be opened and closed with electrical solenoids and not mechanical camshafts, lifters, and pushrods giving almost unlimited performance via programming.
