check the ends of the link that goes from the pitman arm to the passenger side. Both ends were bad (loose) on mine. Once that was replaced the steering was fine. I had it back to the dealer 6 times and to an alignment shop with no success. I then crawled under it and looked for myself and found lots of play in those 2 ends.
