Noise from Engine

My 00 F-250 CC, V10, 4X4 is making kinda woshing noise from the engine area upon accleration or heavy load. It's intermitent and seems to happen mostly in the morning. The dealer has looked at it a couple of times but hasn't been able to explain it.
