Bummer you're still undecided on mufflers. Just a couple thoughts. Could you find a shop that has several brands is stock and try different ones(some shops will do this for ya) Also, you could look at www.edelbrock.com I used one of their RPM series mufflers on my 97. It was pretty mellow.
