Why are my temps always warm?

Ok well to me my temps seem hot, or is it just me.

Grossing about 14k on flat ground at 70 mph 2000rpm just under 10lbs boost tranny is 175degs to 180 ( note mods in sig) 900deg egts sometimes going down a little and up to over 1000

Going up a hill i can hold 60 in drive and maintain 1300degs at about 15lbs boost

Something seems wrong. I do have a small up pipe exhaust leak I know of. And I get a squeel from the turbo it sounds like that come and goes on and off going up some hills
