But the best way to have your bed mounted is to look in the yellow pages of the nearest city under "truck bodies". You'll probably find one or two or more that specialize in this stuff - and they probably buy their ready-made flat beds from one of the companies on that list.

<font color="red">WARNING!</font> Most truck beds and bodies are made for chassis cab trucks - not pickups. Since yours is a pickup, be certain you emphasize that point when discussing flat beds with manufacturers or retailers. Most of them also sell special models for pickups, but the ones they make for chassis cabs will not fit on your pickup without a lot of expensive fabrication.
