kgglass, be careful of how much tankage you have installed. You will fall under the newly revised Federal Clean Water Act regulation regarding spill plans and other assorted regulations if you exceed 1300 gallons(might be 1500) for your entire installation. 50 gallon or larger drums also count for adding up the total. Secondary containment, overfill protection, spill plans and lots of other things become a player at that time.

I am jelous of your building, wish I had it.
