I have the extact same issue.. I just discovered it this morning.. NO IDEA..

2 bad injectors, blown headgasket,bad egr, bad ebpr,front brakes,ohh and a bent pushrod.
yeasu ft90... 305 70 16 nittos..
4 inch stainless all the way..
