I just hit the 70,000 mile mark. This weekend I am replacing front rotors and pads, replacing the inner tie rod end, putting on a new steering stabilizer and changing the oil, fuel and air filters. Next month is going to be rear brakes and shocks.
Now for the questions:
1. I want to change the tranny fluid. Should I do it or just take it to the dealer? I have done this myslef on all my other trucks, but I want it totally flushed.
2. Front and rear differentials....I want to change the fluid in these also. What type? How much? I have 4.30 gears and pretty sure I have the LS in the rear. How much of that additive do I put in?
Anything else I should be looking at?
