Re: Bumping Noise In Floorboard ??????
when mine made that noise i took it to the dealer. that had fixed the bumper from a fenderbender. When they where putting it back togather they called and said my frame was bent. I talked to the old timer in the body shop. said it was probably from the factory that way ( the frame ) they put it on the frame machine and straightened it out. well about 500 mi later i got the noise in the floorboard. the guy in the body shop check everything and said no broblem. then i went over to the oldtimer that fixed the truck showed hime where the noise felt like it was comming from. under right foot driverside only. he then put a breaker bar on the body bolt under my right foot and got 3 complete turns on it. he said that he torched to spec and this had never happened before. so he went to the passengerside and got2.5 turns on that one. noise has not returned in 10,000 mi and i use the truck to chase a trophy truck in score desertracing. just my thoughts.
