Problem is you are near the Gold Coast. The dealers there only service Town Cars, Crown Vics, and 500s. You need to go to the country to find a dealer that knows trucks.
Winsted, Torrington, and Litchfield all have knowledgeable diesel techs. I believe FordMasterTech is in East Hartford.
