I'm very careful, never into it for more than 10-15 seconds. I use high idle when it's cold, I love just having it on demand. I use 60 in town sometimes driving easy. 80 crusing, 100 racing it's just like a stronger 80, and 120 for all out racing. All though my truck makes more power in the 80 than floored in the higher settings because it defuels. I can feel it lose power just by switching to the 100-120 settings. I have a BRV in the mail tho, AND GAUGES, should fix it up nice.
