Nah, I don't see a problem. I would stick with the asian food restaurants. They are usually paying someone money to come take the oil away, if you can take the oil away for free, they'll be more than happy to let you take it.

The place I get my oil from gives me about 15 gallons a week in the 5 gallons cubes, makes it a breeze for pickup rather than pumping out 55 gallons every month.
