I also wash BUT Not sure of such a fast answer.......:

Where does all that Mentanol go? Evaporates when you dry the biod
Where does all the excess Lye go? To the bottom with the glyc
Where does the water that may have been in the WVO go? Evaporates when you dry.
Through the injection system if you do not wash it! NOT!
And heaven forbid you did not let all the glycerol settle out. When then let it settle & dry it.

There are a LOT of people running without washing...and have put tons of miles on. This isn't the only forum with info...if you want to run without washing do some searches and make up your own mind.
