Do you have a boost gauge to see what kind of psi you were pushing when it blew? Or did the dealer bother to check it? The reason I ask, is that my 04 just got back from the dealer yesterday with a new turbo. Boost had been hitting a little better than 37 with the TT in tow, and that is a bone stock motor. I fully expected to lose a hose at least once with those readings, but none so far. Your's may be hitting more than that to lose a hose...

If it were mine, I would take the hoses off again, clean the mating surfaces real good to make sure there is no residual oil on them, then reinstall taking time to get the proper torque on the clamps. Others here have added some sort of sealant to the surfaces to make them seal and hold better. Good luck!!
