does your trk. sit for long periods of time when your at home? i know everybodys heard this time after time. you should have some kind of warranty to cover a new turbo. the veins are sticking on the turbo. if you put a new hose on it & it still blows off & you put it back on then the next thing to go will be the intercooler tank blowing apart on the r. side. egr valves can also cause this to happen, but as many of these trks. i've worked on, i wind up installing a new turbo. the new ones are of a new design & won't cause an overboost.
